- The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits
- Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed appropriately for any repairs or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to its previous condition
- AK Executive Chauffeurs will endeavour to ensure vehicle(s) arrive at the time and place requested. However we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as: mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents, road closures, strikes or severe weather conditions
- The driver will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the client
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicle(s) to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver , the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle, we further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger
- All cancellations must be within 24 hours notice
- All booking fees must be paid in 24 hours prior to departure
- It is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have received confirmation of their booking(s)
- We operate a no smoking policy in all our vehicles
- If your flight is delayed, you should make immediate contact with AK Executive Chauffeurs to notify us, so that we can adjust our schedules and rearrange drivers. We allow a waiting time of 60 minutes from when the plane lands free of charge
Wedding Terms and Conditions
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of the booking to secure your vehicle(s)
- The remaining balance must be paid in full, 14 days prior to the date of your Wedding
- Significant changes to a booking such as dates, venues, pick up points, ribbon/flower arrangements or additional passengers may mean that the cost of the hire has to be recalculated and charged as extra where deemed necessary with no exceptions
- If a wedding booking is cancelled within 30 days from the start period of hire, the deposit will be non-refundable
